Our Butter

Our pure natural butters are made from 100% Grade A cream and contain either 80%, 82% butterfat according to the specifications of our clientele. Produced in the U.S.A. our premium quality butters are used and enjoyed around the world by manufacturers, chefs, bakers as well as home cooks. U.S. Grade AA Certified, our cultured cream and sweet cream butters have a delicate sweet flavor, with a fine highly pleasing aroma. They are made with high quality fresh cream which produces a smooth creamy texture with good “spreadability”.
